This modern designed smart home has been fitted with automated roller blinds that work on voice- as well as push button control. Most lights are: remote controlled / voice controlled / dimmable as well as manually switched. Some have the ability to change coulor. There are also several feature lights inside- and outside the house to accent the modern design features of this tiny house .
The lounge: has a floor to ceiling window with views to Mt Gold and a beautiful birth tree right outside the window. The modern 4 seater sofa is a comfortable to watch the 52" UHD Smart TV with AppleTV, Chromecast, Netflix and a SONOS ATMOS surround sound system that is sure to give the full cinema experience or listen to music. The fireplace and heatpump will make sure you are warm in winter and cool in summer. Smart features include LED's under the sofa, smart controlled speakers and TV as well as voice activated / remote controlled blinds.
The bathroom features a spacious shower with room for two, his- and hers dedicated sink, plenty of wardrobe storage, a heated mirror with LED back light, a regular flushing toilet. The smart features in the bathroom include a motion sensored light and a smart witched towel heater. The dedicated SONOS smart speaker makes it possible you van listen to your music-, get an update on the weather or the news or controll most of the features in the house.
